• 7 Pick & Place machines, achieving a productivity of 240,000 cph
• 4 automatic warehouses interconnected with the company’s management system (Industry 4.0 ready)
• 2 2D/3D optical inspection systems, one of which is fully automatic with sheet feeders and stackers
• An automatic recognition system for PCBs via barcode/QR code

Each board is produced in a completely unique and independent manner, fully tracked and stored—whether it is an individual sample or part of a larger production batch. Dynamic process control further optimizes time and eliminates equipment downtime.
