Cypress Semiconductor has rewarded the best projects worldwide developed in the year 2015!

The special classification divided into four geographical areas and chose the projects with the highest degree of innovation, use the next-generation chip and to put to the end user the best available technologies. As in the best automotive solutions Troll has used different cpu 32bit connected to each other through the can bus, in this Brasilia project there are two capacitive keyboards with backlighting independent rgb in every key to the delivery of the beverage, a user interface with TFT 4.3 “color capacitive touch display for programming and operating information.
Bluetooth and WiFi allow remote management and download the audit data. Through the master board and the power board, water doses and their temperatures can be programmed to obtain a perfect espresso!

Horizon Project 2020

Il progetto europeo ha coinvolto tre Paesi della Comunità Europea con l’obiettivo di progettare e creare una caldaia in grado di ridurre al minimo i livelli di emissione di gas NOx, ottimizzare i consumi ed essere la prima caldaia smart con controllo remoto.
Il metodo classico di tutte le caldaie a vapore prevede una continua accensione e un continuo spegnimento di tutto il sistema a seconda della necessità.
Con Ecovapor abbiamo sviluppato una scheda elettronica che ottimizza questo processo: la caldaia rimane sempre accesa e regola in automatico la pressione di vapore necessaria in base alla programmazione.
In questo modo la caldaia raggiunge gradualmente i livelli di pressione di vapore necessaria nelle diverse fasce orarie giornaliere con due benefici importanti:
Risparmio sui consumi: è meglio tenere acceso e regolare la pressione di vapore invece di accendere e spegnere il sistema completamente più volte al giorno;
Maggiore affidabilità: la regolazione del vapore ha un impatto minore sul prodotto, rispetto agli sbalzi e alle tensioni che generano le caldaie a vapore tradizionali nel continuo accendimento e spegnimento del sistema
